Any Lacrosse player determined for a successful season must begin preparation for success weeks prior to the start of the regular season. Waiting until the season to start on the road to success will lead to failure on the field. Our l
acrosse specific Strength, Speed and Conditioning Training Camp will address the unique needs of the lacrosse player, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and injury prevention.

Middle & High School Athletes
We suggest that you train a minimum of two times per week to achieve maximum performance in your sport!
(Ages 12-18)
Athletes will be grouped by age and ablity based on their evaulation score.
