Pre-Season Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camp for lacrosse players is in progress!


At  Elite Training LLC. we believe that hard work during the pre-season is the  foundation for post-season achievement. In today’s ultra competitive lacrosse environment in Southeastern PA, success is the direct result of preparation. Any Lacrosse player determined for a successful season must begin preparation for success weeks prior to the start of the regular season. Waiting until the season to start on the road to success will lead to failure on the field. Our l

acrosse specific Strength, Speed and Conditioning Training Camp will address the unique needs of the lacrosse player, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and injury prevention. 

We offer skills and drills that will get you to the next level

Middle & High School Athletes

We suggest that you train  a minimum of two times per week to achieve maximum performance in your sport!
(Ages 12-18)
Athletes will be grouped by age and ablity based on their evaulation score.

Our specific program for athletes has been developed and perfected over many years and our program delivers results. We use drills and exercises to improve speed, agility, reaction time, and change of direction. At the conclusion of our program the athlete will perform with raised intensity and a stellar routine and coaching to build mental toughness in the athlete to deal with the stress of competition to enable results. Core training and breaking down running technique make the athletes faster and more effective in their respective sport. Running is a major component of most sports and overlooked as an aspect which needs major attention but in the Elite program we concentrate heavily on this key performance related skill.

Mini Speed
Ages 7-11

Mini Speed Class is a sports general class that is focused on fun and games! The little athetes are haing so much fun that they don't even relize the imporvements are being made. In this class the athletes will learn a proper warm up, how to properly start and stop, improve footwork and develop body awareness all through games and acting out their favotite Pro atheltes in their sport!
